AutoPick is a professional online auto expert. We don't just look at the listing — we automatically pull data from 8 independent sources worldwide and compile it into one structured PDF report.

Unlike a standard physical inspection, our analysis covers international recall databases of the USA, UK, Canada, and Germany; ADAC/TÜV reliability ratings; Ukrainian theft and lien registries; VIN history via carVertical.

Our primary market is Ukraine and listings on auto.ria.com. We also analyze cars imported from the USA, Europe, and Canada. That's why our toolkit includes databases from NHTSA (USA), DVSA (UK), Transport Canada, and KBA (Germany) — as most imported cars were serviced or recalled there.

We work exclusively on the buyer's side. We have no partnerships with dealers, sellers, or platforms. Our only interest is to protect your money and give you an honest recommendation: buy or skip.

We aggregate data from the following sources:

A recall is an official manufacturer notification that a certain batch of vehicles has a safety-affecting defect. The manufacturer is required to fix it for free.

The problem is that not all owners learn about the recall and fix it. We check whether there are active or closed recalls for a specific make/model/year across databases from 4 countries — USA, UK, Canada, and Germany.

ADAC Pannenstatistik — an annual German breakdown report (per 1,000 vehicles). TÜV Report — defect statistics found during mandatory vehicle inspection in Germany.

Together they paint an objective picture: how reliable a specific model is compared to competitors, and what breaks most often — engine, chassis, electrics, or brakes.

No. AutoPick is a remote documentary check based on public databases and listing analysis. Physical inspection is not part of our service.

If after our check the car looks promising, we recommend additionally arranging a physical inspection with a trusted mechanic. Our report significantly narrows down the options and helps avoid wasting time on problematic cars.

Depending on your package, you receive a PDF report containing:

• Auto.RIA listing data: photos, VIN, mileage, price history, seller details

At the end of each report, the analyst gives one of four recommendations:
